You can choose individual or couples counselling, with online appointments available during the day and some evenings. These sessions are perfect if you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to who knows how to listen, reflect, and help you move forward.

Sessions are available online, making them accessible wherever you are in New Zealand. Some in-person options may be available, please enquire for current availability.

You can book directly with one of my associates by using the BOOK NOW buttons above. Sessions are $150 + GST, and you can choose individual or couples counselling. There’s no pressure to commit to more sessions than you need.

That’s completely fine, many of our clients are coming to counselling for the first time. Your counsellor will guide the conversation at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. Sometimes it’s enough to start with, “I’m not sure where to begin, but I know I need to talk to someone.” From there, we’ll help you explore what’s going on and work out a way forward together.
